Once we have completed a thorough roof inspection of your home, we will present the findings to you immediately. If we find that your roof has damages, we will make recommendations for the steps that should be taken to ensure no further damage occurs to the inside of your home. We can provide the full inspection report in a PDF format to provide to your insurance adjuster if needed. Each photo will be documented of our findings in the PDF report so you know exactly what we are seeing on your roof. Our expert roof inspectors will be able to determine if the damages to your roof is something that can be covered under your insurance policy!.
What to expect from us?
If you decide you would like PoBoy911 to assist you with repairs to your roof we will work diligently to exceed your expectations as your roofing contractor. If you decide to use PoBoy911 for your roofing needs and it has been determined that you need a roof repair; more than likely you shouldn’t need to file a claim! However, if it is determined you need a full roof replacement and you would like to file an insurance claim to attempt to receive compensation a full roof replacement, we can work with your insurance company every step of the way!
Rest assured that if a roof replacement is approved by the carrier, you will NEVER come out of pocket more than your deductible, unless you choose selective upgrades or you have rotted decking! If your insurance company doesn’t approve your roof replacement, you are charged no money for the time we spend with your insurance adjuster / insurance company. You have nothing to lose and we are prepared to assist you every step of the way!!
